Parrish Medical Center Titusville, Florida, 2002

This relocation involved moving the existing hospital into the new 450,000 square foot facility. Departments relocated included: Communications, Marketing, Security, Administration, Human Recourses, Medical Records, Operating Rooms, Laboratories, Switchboard, Materials Management, Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Emergency Department, Medical Imaging, Food Services, Pharmacy, Gift Shop, ICU, and Central Sterile. Our work involved detailed scheduling, determining move routes and the physical relocation from numerous outbuildings. We were also responsible for the coordinating of old equipment and the installation of new equipment.

Highland View Regional Hospital Amherst, Nova Scotia, 2002

This relocation involved moving the existing hospital into the new 350,000 square foot facility. Departments relocated included Administration, Foundation, Diagnostic Imaging, Maintenance, Operating Rooms, Laboratories, Switchboard, Materials Management, Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Emergency Department, Palliative Care, Medical Imaging including the files, Health Records, Food Services, Pharmacy, Gift Shop, ICU, and Central Sterile Processing. Our work involved detailed scheduling, determining move routes and the physical relocation from numerous outbuildings.

Toronto General Hospital, 200 Elizabeth St. (College/CCRW Decanting) Toronto, Ontario, 2002

The college and CCRW wings were research wings in the Toronto General Building (250,000 ft). They were being temporarily displaced to allow for demolition and the rebuilding of a new research tower to be named the MARS tower. This relocation involved moving numerous research groups, Lab and office space as well as the actual research.

OSF St. James Hospital Pontiac, Illinois, 2002

The physical relocation was to a new building (190,000 sq ft) located 3 miles away. Departments relocated include; Information Systems, Medical Records, Pharmacy, Administration, Nursing Supervisors, Marketing and Planning, Physicians Managers, Emergency Services, Coding Files, Rehabilitation, Golden Care, Choir Loft, Support Services, Biomed, Boiler Shop, Foundation, Accounting, Infection Control, Human Resources, Central Stores, Cardio Office, Radiology including files, Linen Room, Gift Shop, Education, Laboratory, Dietary, Med/Surg, Patient Accounts, Pastoral Care, Physicians Offices, Dietary, ICU, Surgery, and OR’s. Our work involved detailed scheduling, determining move routes trucking and the physical relocation to the new facility.

Royal Jubilee Hospital Victoria B.C, 2002

This relocation involved moving the existing hospital into the new 650,000 square foot facility. Departments relocated included Administration, Operating Rooms including 14 OR lights, Laboratories, Switchboard, Materials Management, Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Emergency Department, Medical Imaging including the files, Cath Lab, Radiology, Transplant, Food Services, Pharmacy, Surgical Day Care, Ophthalmology, CVU, Gift Shop, ICU, and Central Sterile. Our work involved detailed scheduling, and determining move routes. We were also responsible for coordinating and completing equipment installations.
