Bronson Methodist Hospital

Four Different Buildings, Kalamazoo, Michigan

This relocation involved many relocations from a number of outbuildings into this new 750,000 square foot facility. Our work involved detailed scheduling, determining move routes and the physical relocation to the new facility. We were also responsible for coordinating and completing equipment installations.


 


The Johns Hopkins Hospital

Hospital Lot of the East Baltimore Campus, Baltimore, MD

This relocation involved relocating the Oncology Department from various buildings to a newly constructed facility. Items relocated were from The Hospital Lot of the East Baltimore Campus into the Weinberg Building. Our accomplishments involved detailed scheduling, determining move routes and the physical relocation to the new facility.


 


Thomas J. Bell Building Decanting, Toronto General Hospital

200 Elizabeth St. Toronto, Ontario

Planning services and physical relocation of all departments from this 300,000 square foot, nine story building. Corporate offices were also transferred into the new building. These include finance, legal, HR, all Vice Presidents and the President and CEO.



 


Trillium Health Center

Queensway and Hurontario, Mississauga, Ontario

This project consisted of the planning services and physical relocation of multiple departments (100,000 sq ft) internally to allow for swing space for construction. Our work included the relocations of various inpatient departments including ER, Med Surg, Orthopedics, ICU, and Cardiac Surgery.


 


Haliburton Highland Health Services

Minden and Haliburton, Ontario

These relocations involved relocating the existing sites into their replacement facilities (60,000 sq ft). Our work involved move planning, sequencing and the physical relocations. These relocations involved relocating the hospitals and their respective long term car facilities. This included all offices, associated support areas, medical records, Imaging, Maintenance, central Supply, Pharmacy, Environmental services, Laundry and ER’s.


 


Texas Midwest Surgery Center

Abilene, Texas

This accomplishment involved the receiving, documenting, uncrating, assembly and placement of all equipment in this surgery center. Operating room equipment, as well as offices, waiting rooms were included in this challenging task



 


Roswell Park Cancer Institute

Buffalo, New York

This project involved the relocation of the entire Pathology department across town from one building into another. Included was the careful packing and relocation of all laboratory equipment as well as medical records.
