Hospital for Sick Kids Toronto, Ontario, 1997

This project included the amalgamation of labs including: Bio-chemistry, Hematology, Specials, Stem cell, Endocrine, Microbiology, Virology, Genetics, Molecular, Cyto-Genetics, and Tissue Processing.

Royal Victoria Hospital Barrie, Ontario, 1997

HCR was responsible for the physical relocation to a new 500,000 square foot facility located four miles away from the existing facility. HCR services included detailed scheduling, move routes, physical relocation, and equipment installations to minimize downtime.
